Notebook Agency is growing. We're hiring a Senior Client-Facing SEO/GEO Strategist. As our next Client-Facing SEO/GEO Strategist, you’ll work closely with Steve Toth, turning advanced tactics into clear, actionable plans and demonstrating exactly how they drive revenue.
As a Senior Client-Facing Strategist, you'll be responsible for:
- Lead client conversations: translate audit insights into plain-English next steps that keep stakeholders engaged.
- Drive content-led growth: research topics, build editorial calendars, brief writers, and refine content so it earns traffic and converts.
- Spot and solve technical roadblocks: partner with specialists, surface issues, explain why they matter, and oversee fixes.
- Unlock internal-link and entity wins: connect pages and surface entities that move the needle without over-engineering.
- Experiment with AI: use generative tools for research, outlining, QA, and reporting; propose automations that save time or reveal insights.
- Report on results: craft concise, data-driven agendas that tie SEO metrics to pipeline and ARR.
- Autonomy and support: own client strategy while collaborating with backend specialists who have your back.
- Cutting-edge toolkit: access to the latest GEO/SEO content, Steve’s network, and AI platforms, with budget to test new ones.

Compensation
Base salary: $65,000 to $85,000 USD + $5000 client retention bonus for each year one of your clients is with us + content and link package commissions.
